Do I have to pay to use the platform?

No. For cyclists, athletes and bike enthusiasts it is free to use. Transparency on costs and transactions is our goal. For both sides.

Are parts and services genuine?

We are thoroughly vetting the participating shops. Only shops with a proven record of professional business practices can join. The responsibility to provide only genuine products lies with the shop and we cannot take responsibility for possible "bad apples" in the basket.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We are directly connected with DHL Express. The goal is to deliver UAE-wide in less than 24 hours, 48 hours at most. You will be able to track your delivery through the DHL website.
